SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, February 1, 2022/ PRNewswire/ – ASEA, a global leader in redox technology, announced today the appointment of Kelly Rich as senior vice president (SVP) of Global Sales and Anddrew Tan as general manager (GM) for Malaysia and Singapore. These two new hires will partner with, support, and help grow ASEA’s associate field base.
Kelly Rich, SVP of Global Sales, is responsible for global sales results and will partner with ASEA leadership to create, direct, and implement region-specific strategies as part of the overall global sales vision. Rich will report directly to ASEA Chief Revenue Officer Jörg Höche.
Anddrew Tan, GM for Malaysia and Singapore, is responsible for the Malaysia and Singapore offices and field. He will be a liaison between corporate and the growing Malaysia and Singapore markets. Tan will report to Asia Regional Vice President Howard Chow.

Rich possesses strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset. Tan joins ASEA with more than 18 years of direct sales experience in Southeast Asia. He brings a wide range of experience in sales, marketing, operations, logistics, communications, and general finance, and he is well experienced in managing retail outlets, points of sale, and assessing and enhancing processes.
