Tremendous Training Techniques

“I am currently athletic training to qualify for the 800m Olympic Trials this year,” says Luca. “My range consists of anything up to 5K and my training consists of 800m specific workouts with base training and 1500m workouts. A typical week of training consists of three hard track workouts and three recovery run days.

Luca’s weight training is usually scheduled in the early mornings, on the days of hard workouts, to awaken his nervous system. The last day of his training week is an active recovery day. He typically goes on a hike, swim, or bike ride that day, depending on the weather or how his body feels. The difference between a good or bad day is his use of ASEA products.
