From Fatigue to Fitness

My favorite ASEA product is ASEA REDOX Cell Signaling Supplement. Ever since I was introduced to it I have been amazed by what it has done for me as an athlete. I was at a point in my life when I thought I would not be able to do the little things that I enjoyed, let alone compete in professional-level races. I was fatigued and spending so much time not feeling at my best. I was in a downward cycle. But I wanted to race in an Ironman triathlon and that’s what I set out to do.

In the beginning, I started my training with energy and excitement, but it would take me days to recover from the more challenging workouts, like a 100-mile bike ride. I was not able to do the workouts needed to finish an Ironman race. These triathlons involve a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run, all done in that order, within only 17-hours! I knew I had to find a way to get beyond fatigue and illness if I wanted to train for these events.

The REDOX Recovery

I started using ASEA REDOX, and I noticed that I not only could finish my 100-mile bike ride, but I was ready for another workout the next day! Soon I was doing that 100-mile bike ride, followed by a long run. Within a couple of months, I traveled to Boulder, Colorado, and competed in an Ironman Race. Not only was I able to finish, but I also won my age group and subsequently qualified for the World Championship Race in Kona, Hawaii. That day I understood the impact this supplement had on my life.

Looking back on how far I had come with my training and checking over my workout logs, I noticed another significant impact that ASEA REDOX had on my life: My general health had improved.* I didn’t see any notes about having to miss workouts for health reasons. This change has made a difference in my training, recovery, and competing and is why I will continue to take ASEA REDOX every day.*
