Today, we’re kicking off a series that dives into the ASEA Compensation Plan to provide a detailed look at what it offers.

A Plan That Serves Several Needs

On a high level, our compensation plan offers product savings for the loyal customer and income earnings for the business-minded. Whether you’re chasing the best deal on our innovative wellness products or establishing a revenue stream based on retail sales and team growth, it’s covered in the plan.

Presidential Triple Diamond Executive Bob Schwenkler agrees. “What I see our comp plan doing a really good job of is benefiting people who are just starting out as well as those who are really working, achieving those middle ranks, and getting into the bonus pools where they can progress into the higher ranks,” he comments. “To me, that shows long-term vision and stability. ASEA’s higher ranks get a nice income, but the focus on middle and early ranks is important.”

Designed with Diversity and Consistency

The ASEA Compensation Plan is a unique hybrid plan that gives you a team commission structure as well as a rewarding bonus pool structure, check-matching, and other features that create additional earned income.

ASEA pays commissions and bonuses every single week. That means the income you generate this week, you’ll be paid for next week! ASEA pays back 50% of all commissionable volume generated to our associates every commission period, guaranteed.

Here’s how that works. Every ASEA product has a commissionable volume (CV) associated with it. This is also referred to as personal volume (PV) when we’re talking about your personal purchases. A $120 case of ASEA® REDOX Cell Signaling Supplement, for example, carries 100 PV. That PV is paid out at 50% on a one-to-one PV-to-dollars ratio, so $50 of every case goes back into the commission structure to be paid out to our associates.

Qualifying and Earning as an Associate

To take part in the ASEA Compensation Plan, you first need to be active, which means that between you and your customers, at least 100 PV (personal volume) in product is purchased each month. As you place orders for your customers, you’ll naturally maintain your monthly 100 PV and earn retail profits. Staying active also allows you to earn income bonuses for signing up new team members or subscription customers who want to sell and enjoy ASEA products at wholesale prices.

If you grow your business beyond traditional retail to include a team of associates, you will find a number of new ways to get paid with our plan. To qualify for bonus pools and Check Match payouts you will need to grow your monthly PV beyond the active 100 PV requirement up to 200 PV monthly, which will also allow you to advance into executive and higher ranks.

Most of these ways to get paid also require one more natural step called “binary qualification.” Everyone you bring into your independent ASEA business will take up a position in one of two “legs” under your leadership, and to be binary qualified means that, in addition to being active, you have at least one personally sponsored, active associate, in each of your organization’s two legs. But we’ll get into that in more detail in our next article!
