ASEA Named One of Utah’s Best Companies to Work For in 2019

Utah Business magazine has released its annual list of the Best Companies to Work for in Utah, and ASEA has made the list yet again. In fact, the company has made the list the last five years in a row.

As the leading magazine for executives and entrepreneurs in the state, the publication makes a yearly announcement for any employees to nominate and weigh in on their favorite places to work. It’s no surprise that folks at our corporate headquarters were happy to list the reasons why working for ASEA is simply the best.

The magazine’s website names ASEA as a leader in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. We are currently made up of 201 employees, with our company located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. ASEA offers perks like quarterly massages, a ping-pong table in the breakroom, an outdoor eating area, immediate 401k vesting, flexible schedules, fitness reimbursement, free product, incentive trips, and service projects, to name a few.

While these benefits certainly help the day-to-day experience for ASEA employees, they’ll be the first to tell you that working here is about more than just perks. With a company culture that sets us apart, the focus tends to be on people. Between our goals to have an impact and make a difference in the world, it starts with how each employee is treated and how we set the bar for treating those who use our products and how we serve those around us.

ASEA has its own charitable foundation which serves impoverished communities worldwide. The Advancing Life Foundation allows employees to join a yearly expedition to places like Ecuador, Cambodia, and Mexico in order to build schools, dig water wells, and aid those in need. ASEA has created a culture that fosters giving and encourages employees to participate on service days and trips and even selects a few each year to sponsor on an expedition. It’s just one aspect of the overall mission to make a difference in the world.

But don’t take our word for it, see what our employees have to say.
