Attention Associates,
As the temperature drops, the likelihood of shipments freezing increases, and that goes for ASEA products being shipped to Canada as well. While freezing ASEA is fine, flash freezing might cause seams on bottles to burst or become damaged easily if mishandled.
Because of this, during the freeze period of November 1, 2016 – March 31, 2016, we encourage you to order your ASEA in pouches instead of bottles. As an added courtesy to you, during this period the price for pouches will be the same as the bottles.
Please be aware that you will need to update your autoship at the beginning of November and then update it again in March to ensure that you only receive pouches during the freeze period. As of March 31, any autoship orders including pouches will be charged the regular cost, not the discounted winter cost. This discount also applies to preferred customers’ standalone orders and autoships.
If you have recently ordered ASEA, remember it is safe to drink it if it’s been frozen as long as the bottles and caps are intact. Tubes of RENU 28 should not be affected by the temperature change.
If you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out to Associate Support. We appreciate your patience during this cold time of year.
Sending warm thoughts your way!
