During the last week of August, ASEA associates and leadership met up in Colorado for an adventure-filled experience at North America Ascent 2015.

Ascent kicked off at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. The entire weekend was focused on networking, personal reflections, and sharing with the other ASEA leaders. Participants gained insights on what it means to be a leader and how to get to the Diamond Ranks.

Thursday associates attended training from ASEA Founder Tyler Norton and Senior Vice President of Sales Craig Dalley. Afterwards, they got up close and personal with falcons, hawks, and golden eagles during the falconry activity!

Team building is a large part of what makes direct sales successful; that’s why it’s also part of Ascent. Attendees had a chance to hone their team building and communication skills during an exercise requiring teams to create a plan and build a structure that could withstand destruction from air cannons and bean bags.

Thursday evening ended with a bowling competition and sing-a-long next to the fire accompanied by Tyler playing his guitar.

The good times continued Friday with a hike to Seven Falls and Inspiration Point followed by an archery competition.

One of the best parts of the whole event was hearing everyone’s thoughts and personal reflections.

Ascent ended with recognition, where those who were recognized branded their trophies with their leadership commitment.

Ascent is part of the Peak Performance Program designed to help associates navigate the climb up the ranks of their ASEA business. Find out how you can be involved in the next Peak Performance event; speak with your upline or click here!
