Historic 2014 Prepares ASEA for Amazing 2015

Hello, ASEA Associates. I wanted to take a moment to congratulate you and express appreciation for making 2014 the most successful year in ASEA’s history.

The past year was historic for ASEA as we hit key milestones in virtually every measurable area. We opened new markets, launched a new product, had a record number of rank advancements, sold out convention, and recorded annual sales higher than any other year in company history.

ASEA is now open in 25 countries around the world. We completed our North America expansion into Mexico in March, and CONTINUED expanding in in Europe with new markets in Finland, Slovakia, Portugal, and Czech Republic. We also expanded to a new region of the world with the opening of Australia and New Zealand in August.

The launch of RENU 28 allowed ASEA Associates to grow their businesses like never before. Increased volume and new team members contributed to record rank advancements. In fact, in 2014 we celebrated more than 600 executive rank advancements – nearly 50% more than in the prior year.

RENU 28 is yet another manifestation of the science and power behind redox signaling technology, complete with clinical studies and visual evidence. One of the most significant benefits of RENU 28 comes as people see the dramatic results on their own SKIN. This has given us the opportunity to talk about ASEA in an entirely new light as users can make the connection between how redox signaling molecules affect the skin, and what they can do internally.

Last year we also implemented the Peak Performance Program, with clearly defined events that inspire growth. From Base Camp to ASCENT, and Envision conference to Diamond Summit in Costa Rica, so many of you have used this program to strategically build your businesses and gain momentum from one event to the next.

In 2015, we are focused on five key strategies to ensure that this growth is sustained and accelerated.

Our first strategy is a field focus.

This means that we recognize ASEA is about you and your business. We’re here to support you by partnering with our field leadership to sustain momentum and drive volume. This strategy will result in the development of a number of duplication tools and ongoing efforts to make the ASEA story as attractive as possible to as wide an audience as possible.

The second strategy is culture. 

Culture has always played an important and differentiating role at ASEA. Many of you were drawn to and ultimately joined ASEA because of this unique focus on culture. Often as companies grow, they can lose the cultural identity that differentiated them as they began . As ASEA CONTINUES to expand around the world, we are committed to retaining our unique cultural identity and ethos and staying true to the principles that the company was founded on. We’ll continue to seek out ways for our Associates to have ongoing opportunities for learning and growth, both personally and professionally.

Third is marketing and messaging.

In order to enable our Associates to grow their businesses to their maximum potential, we understand that clear, consistent messaging and branding is vital. We’ve strategically identified our core message and will use that to increase understanding about what makes ASEA unique. Whether it’s social media campaigns, marketing messages, or Associate tools, you’ll soon see our core message deployed across every medium.

Our forth strategy is expansion.

ASEA will continue to explore expansion opportunities. This is a strategic effort by dedicated, seasoned staff who actively look at new market opportunities. As we explore and research these new opportunities we will be diligent in our commitment to ensure the right timing for maximum success in all new markets.

Number five is to execute with excellence.

The temptation as a company gets larger is to keep growing as fast as possible. While we welcome growth and work hard for it, we want every aspect of the business to be scalable and to help keep financial risks manageable. Everything we do must have a strategy; everything must have a purpose. By constantly measuring resources and infrastructure against expansion and timing will ensure that we remain financially sound as we grow into the future.

It is truly a humbling honor to be associated with you and to share this journey with you. It’s incredibly exciting to be part of ASEA, and I firmly believe that the best is yet to come. We’ve barely scratched the surface of what’s possible and 2015 will be the best year yet.

A crowning moment for this year will be our 2015 convention held here in Salt Lake City. We would like to see each and every one of you there, and look forward to the opportunity to associate with you further as we grow ASEA into the future.
